Reynaldo Salazar

   Reynaldo, who grew up in Santiago de Cuba, began to dance when he was an 8-year-old. Later on he studied at the Escuela de Instructores de Arte and Instituto Superior de Arte. He graduated as a licensed dancer, dance teacher and choreographer who specializes in the Bailes Populares Cuban & Afro Cuban. He worked in many cultural centers in Santiago with  children, teenagers and adults alike e.g. at Universidad Oriente. Reynaldo has been working as the director of choreography for the group ALL STARS from Santiago de Cuba. Together with them, he has won many national competitions such as the well-known "Bailar Casino" in Havana. He performed in many dancing events in Santiago like Carnaval in Santiago de Cuba - which can be considered Cuban equivalent of Carnaval de Rio de Janeiro. ALL STARS danced on-stage for many famous cuban music groups like: Los Van Van, Maykel Blanco and Charanga Habanera. Since 2010 Reynaldo lives in Germany where, together with his wife, he owns and leads Salsafusion.eu dancing school. Together they teach and lead workshops in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and more. At the end of 2011 he won, together with his group from Augsburg, Germany championship in Rueda de Casino.
